Enabling Virtualization
This will fix error code C035001E
Firstly, check if Virtualization is enabled, do this by opening task manager. Task manager -> Performance -> CPU (Use the picture below as a reference)
If this is disabled, follow the steps below.

Alternatively you can also try an AMD or Intel guide depending on your CPU.
In some cases, "Virtualization" may be called "SVM Mode"
